Lessons From a Chameleon
|
The pace of life seems to be going at an ever increasing rate creating an
environment where change is almost constant yet people seem to have great difficulty
in accepting the inevitability of change. We get into our “comfort zone” and want
to stay there but in today’s world if we fail to keep up with the changes we are
doomed to become extinct. In this course we examine the approach of the Chameleon
to his environment and how change works both in an offensively and defensively for
his good and propose ways in which we might also make change work for us in the workplace and at home.
